I love how the Bishop spoke of this this morning, I was just teaching this on my LIVE this morning. Something told me get up and turn that camera on.

This is exactly what I mean when I say:

    SELL → LEARN → BUILD → OWN

You do not have to build the whole brand first.

Let’s use this crochet outfit as an example.

    SELL:
Create one strong sample or mockup. Post it. Talk about it. Open pre-orders. See if people are actually willing to buy it.

    LEARN:
Now watch what happens. What colors are they asking for? What sizes? Do they want pants, skirts, shorts, sleeves? What price are they comfortable paying? Their questions are market research.

    BUILD:
Once you have proof, build around what people are already asking for. Set your pricing. Choose your colors. Create your size range. Build your content. Improve your ordering process. Now you are building from real demand instead of guessing.

    OWN:
When you know what sells, turn it into your own collection, your own brand, your own system, or even a digital product teaching someone else how to do what you learned.

    That is the point.

You are not sitting at home spending weeks creating something and hoping somebody wants it.

You are letting the customer help you build it.

Sell first. Learn from the sale. Build from the proof. Then own what works.

This is such a good reminder that we don’t have to have every single detail figured out before we start. I especially love the LEARN part because sometimes we get so busy trying to decide what people might want that we forget they’ll tell us exactly what they want if we give them something to respond to. Sell it, listen, adjust, then build from what you KNOW works. That takes so much of the guessing out of business. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

This is so good! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ SELL → LEARN → BUILD → OWN really stood out to me.

What I love about this approach is that it takes some of the fear out of getting started. We sometimes spend so much time trying to make everything perfect before we ever find out if the customer actually wants it.

And this connects perfectly with what Bishop taught about identity, clarity, discipline, and finishing. Start with what’s in your hands, listen to the response, learn from it, make the adjustments, and then stay disciplined long enough to build and finish.

The customer feedback becomes part of the research instead of us sitting behind the scenes trying to guess what people want.

Sell it. Learn from it. Build it better. Then own what works. ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ”ฅ
