📧 IMPORTANT: Make Sure You’re Receiving Resell Circle Emails
We’ve had some members having trouble receiving their verification emails because they’re landing in Spam or Junk folders.
To help prevent this, please whitelist @ResellCircle.com with your email provider.
Whitelisting simply tells your email provider that emails coming from Resell Circle are trusted and that you want to receive them.
Below are instructions for doing this from your phone. Find the email provider you use and follow those steps.
📱 GMAIL
If you find a Resell Circle email in Spam:
1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Tap the ☰ menu in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap Spam.
4. Find and open the Resell Circle email.
5. Tap the ⋮ three dots.
6. Select Report not spam.
You can also add the sender to your Google Contacts to help Gmail recognize future Resell Circle emails.
📱 YAHOO MAIL
If you find a Resell Circle email in Spam:
1. Open the Yahoo Mail app.
2. Go to your Spam folder.
3. Find the Resell Circle email.
4. Open or select the message.
5. Tap the More (⋯) option.
6. Select Not Spam.
This tells Yahoo that you want emails from this sender delivered to your inbox.
📱 AOL MAIL
If you find a Resell Circle email in Spam:
1. Open AOL Mail on your phone.
2. Go to your Spam folder.
3. Find the Resell Circle email.
4. Open or select the message.
5. Choose Not Spam or Restore to Inbox.
This helps AOL recognize future Resell Circle emails as messages you want to receive.
📱 OUTLOOK / HOTMAIL / LIVE
If you find a Resell Circle email in Junk:
1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Go to your Junk Email folder.
3. Find the Resell Circle email.
4. Open or select the message.
5. Tap the ⋯ menu.
6. Choose Move to Inbox or Not Junk, depending on the option shown.
⭐ IMPORTANT
After completing the steps above, request your verification email again if you still need to verify your account.
Also check your:
• Spam folder
• Junk folder
• Promotions folder (Gmail)
• Other folder (Outlook)
And double-check that the email address on your Resell Circle account was entered correctly.
Resell Circle asks members to whitelist all emails from @ResellCircle.com, so doing this can also help make sure you receive important emails and notifications from the platform in the future. ❤️
